At a recent regularly scheduled Takara / Konami toy jawbone, Riser Shirogane was introduced as the Justi sentai's new rival / ally. He has a white (European) knight motif, and commands Ryutou, the white, two-headed dragon.

Ryutou combines with Riseross to form Justikaiser.
