C'mon. You don't really expect the queen B to completely give up on the idea of cash cow Gundam in the US, do you? Did you really?
Bandai president Ueno: "We can say Bandai owns about 25% of the global toy business, 90% of that business is domestic, and 20% of that business is related to Gundam. It's not enough to merely increase exports. It's said that the character business Bandai cultivates doesn't play globally. This is a weakness. We believe amusement facilities can be used as a foothold to advance Gundam in the US."
